Very Impressed!

So very impressed with your performances this weekend! It was a very tough competition. It will be comparable to our nationals. There were alot of great dances and dancers that dance many more hours weekly than us at this competition and you hung right with them. I am very proud of you all!

The good news is that we can improve and get even better before nationals. Please try to take advantage of your FREE technique classes that are available to you. Many of you are settling for taking 1 technique class per week. We will not be able to score well at nationals by only attending 1 technique class per week. I am begging you to take advantage of all the technique classes that are available to you. NOTE TO SMALL GROUPS: You did agreee to take 2 technique classes per week. We will begin taking weekly role at technique classes and if you do not attend your 2 classes per week, we will ask you to no longer participate in your small groups. I think we really made our point clear when you decided to take on this much responsibility when trying out for small groups and Lindsey is telling me that the attendance is very low in her technique classes. Sometimes there is only 1 student and this student is not even on the competition team. This is not a threat but just a reality and fact of being on a small group.
