Outstanding Balances

Due to the number of outstanding balances that have built up, we are going to have to start enforcing late fees. If the entire balance is not paid by the 15th of each month, we are forced to add $10 each month that a balance remains. Sorry to have to enforce this policy but we have a VERY large outstanding receivables balance to date. We will not be able to pay any student's competition fees upfront. If the student does not pay by the competition deadline, the student will not be able to participate in the competition. If you have an outstanding balance and "say" you are paying your competition fees but do not pay the remaining balance, we are not able to operate our business. The cost of competition dance should be no suprise to any of our existing students. We do realize times are hard but we cannot be expected to "carry" as many students as we are having to carry at this time. Please pay any outstanding balances in full in the next 2 weeks or let us know when you are planning on paying your oustanding balances. Thank you
